Virtual strength and conditioning 25 Tuesday 6th October 8.30pm

Your weekly fix of balance, strength and mobility hits our 25th session this week! Session starts at 8.30pm and lasts about 45-50 mins. Doesn't matter if you haven't tried us before it's never too late to start. Have sent invite out with what’s needed although it doesn’t matter if you haven’t got anything as all exercises can be done without. Tonight’s equipment is a mini exercise band, chair to sit and stand from and hand weights or tins. Look forward ro seeing everyone later. Will check back this afternoon to email invite.
